USAGE AND EFFECTIVENESS

Usage Effectiveness
Mosquito Repellent Effective (Protects against mosquito)

High Cholesterol Effective (Reduces cholesterol levels)
Shown in several clinical studies that soybean oil-based food such as margarine and mayonnaise may decrease cholesterol levels such as bad cholesterol.
Heart & Blood Vessel Diseases Mild effectiveness (Reduce risk of coronary heart diseases)
One clinical study showing reduction in risk of coronary heart diseases; more evidence is needed to support the above; nevertheless, US Food Drug Administration allows health claim that soybean oil may lower risk of heart and blood vessel diseases based on preliminary data.
